In 2020 Grace Downer-Overbeeke took her passion for all things sports and movement-related and put it into action, establishing Peak Fitness and Motion to help others realize the depths of strength they are capable of developing.

 

Five years later Peak has now established itself as a premiere strength and performance gym, offering limited facility memberships & custom training programs, and has achieved wide recognition in the Gallatin Valley for Grace’s ability to develop individualized, custom training and nutrition programs in service of her clients’ unique fitness goals.

Grace holds certifications from the American Counsel on Sports Medicine, Precision Nutrition, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Programming is offered in 2,4 and 6-week blocks. These are delivered to your email in an easy to use format that you can take to the gym or homewith you.

can I get a program to do on my own?

Not at all! Teaching the foundations of fitness and proper movement is the most fun there is, and helping find what fits your goals, likes and lifestyle is a key part of programming at Peak Fitnessand Motion.

do I have to be fit already to work with you?

Before any finances trade hands we will meet up via phone, zoom, or in person and will talk over your goals and lifestyle to see if we are a good fit for each other!
In my opinion, there is no use forcing a fit and I am always happy to refer to other providers in the area. My consultation generally includes a general health questionnaire and an initialmovement screening.

how do I know if I’ll like working out with you?

Sessions typically take place locally in a private studio located in Four Corners, MT. In-home sessions are also available as needed depending on availability.

All virtual sessions occur over Zoom.
